Stephen, was the sole owner in 2016, Melissa became president in 2023, and then became the sole owner in 2025.

Established in 1982 by Barry Rawlinson and Stephen Best, Office Connection sells and services office equipment for businesses of all sizes. When Barry retired in 2016, Stephen became the sole owner, and his daughter, Melissa (Best) Vickerson, who had been with the company for 15 years, became the sales manager. In 2023, Melissa stepped into the role of President.
